When you place an order with ReCoop, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• These terms apply to phone, online and mail orders.
• Any changes to order must be in writing, email is acceptable.
• Shipping is not included in the cost of the barrel.
• Shipping quotes are only good for a few days and are subject to change.
• All our barrels are hand-crafted and size may vary slightly from barrel to barrel.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery – once your order is shipped it is out of our hands, loss and damaged claims must be filed with the shipping company.
• All ReCoop prices are subject to change without notice.
• All barrels come with a 60-day product limited guarantee only; excludes loss or damage due to shipping or customers negligent – ReCoop must be contacted within 60-day from date of shipment by phone or written notification.
• Barrels must be hydrated with water to ensure there are no leaks. If they leak, we will replace them without charge. Barrels that have wine and leak, will be repaired and not replaced with a new barrel. Warranty period is 60 days from shipment.
• Invoices must be paid in advance before customer takes delivery of barrel unless specific arrangements have been made.
• A 1.5% per month finance charge will be applied to any outstanding balance after due date.

Ordering is made easy for you; we can forward a Pay Pal request for payment. Pay Pal is secure and easy to use. A 3% processing service fee applies. You can phone in a credit card order or send a check in the mail. All payments must be received prior to shipping unless special arrangements have been made.
